Welcome to the New Email Setup Guide

Time to set up your email! Please follow directions below. You should have already received your email password in a text message. If you have not, please text 407-982-0110 with your name and email address.

HOW TO

First, you need to export your emails from your old account as a .pst file. Here’s how to do that: https://youtu.be/X5_F1TtWtWk

Once your .pst file is completed (no longer showing 0kb as file size in documents\Outlook Files\backup.pst) you can then delete your old account.  Instructions here: https://youtu.be/3ZDcoIWOjJE

After your old account is deleted, create a new outlook account and follow the easy steps using your email address and password. If this does not work, move on to try some of the steps below.

Quick Settings:

IMAP

  • Incoming mail server:  imap.secureserver.net
  • Incoming mail port: 993
  • Encryption method: SSL/TLS
  • Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): should be unchecked
  • Outgoing mail server:  smtpout.secureserver.net
  • Outgoing mail port: 465 or 587
  • Encryption method: SSL/TLS
  • Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA): should be unchecked
