Giving your small business a BIG BARK


Here are your super easy instructions for setting up your outlook account!

Step 1: Click on File and select the Add account button under the Information menu item.

Open Outlook 2010 and select File     Click Add Account


Step 2: Select that you want to create a new account

and check the box to manually configure server settings or additional server types.

Step 3: Click on Internet email

and then on Next.

Select Internet E-mail

Step 5: Enter the info below:


Enter Your Name and E-mail Address

Choose IMAP as your account type

For Incoming mail server (IMAP), enter mail.b.hostedemail.com. For Outgoing mail server (SMTP), enter mail.b.hostedemail.com

In Logon Information enter the e-mail address and password


Incoming and Outgoing Server:


Hit next! That should be everything you need to enter.
